Point Lofi

Terms of Use

The rules for using the Point Lofi application and listening service.

Version 2.0.0Effective September 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Point Lofi mobile application, its catalogue, and related services. Point Lofi is operated by the independent developer identified in the applicable app-store listing (we, us, or our).

By creating an account or continuing into the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Point Lofi provides access to an owner-controlled collection of original lofi tracks and ambient recordings, together with playback, library, playlist, focus-timer, preference, notification, and support features. Listener accounts cannot upload or publish music.

Features, catalogue items, release timing, and availability may change. Some functionality requires a compatible device, internet access, a supported app version, or a signed-in account.

3. Accounts and eligibility

4. Personal listening licence

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play available content for personal, non-commercial use through supported Point Lofi features.

The music, recordings, artwork, application, branding, and service materials remain owned by us or the identified rights holder. Access does not transfer ownership or grant synchronization, public-performance, resale, redistribution, sampling, or commercial-use rights.

5. Acceptable use

6. User-provided information

You retain ownership of profile text, playlist names, and support messages you choose to submit. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You must have the right to submit that information. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Purchases and future paid features

No paid subscription is active unless the app clearly presents a configured store product and price. If paid features are introduced, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes will also be governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms and the disclosures shown before purchase.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or withdraw service features or catalogue items, including for maintenance, security, rights management, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

An update may be required when an older build is insecure or incompatible. We will avoid materially reducing an active paid entitlement without the remedy required by applicable law or the relevant app store.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact Support.

You may stop using Point Lofi at any time. Account-deletion requests can be submitted through Profile, Help, and Contact Support using the account category. The Privacy Notice explains data handling after a request.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.

11. Changes to these Terms

Material changes receive a new version and effective date. When required, the app will ask you to accept the new version before continuing. Earlier versions remain associated with the acceptance record created at sign-in.

12. Contact

Questions, rights concerns, or account issues can be submitted through Profile, Help, and Contact Support in Point Lofi. If you cannot access the app, use the developer contact shown in the applicable app-store listing.
